May I get a new MFA backup code for my other business account because I forgot the old one
and the box 6-digit code is no longer available on my google authenticator app.
i am doing SSO google login which then asks me for my authenticator code which i don't have access to.
since i can't login to my box account, i can't setup a new code since i need the qr code
i need to login into my account urgently for a work project, please help.
