First off, submitting a direct help ticket should be easier.  I can't even find how to do that. 

My main problem is that I'm stuck in a loop with the 6 digit authentication mechanism.  Google authenticator doesn't have Box listed anymore and anytime I try to log-in, I get stuck in Box with Box asking for the 6 digit code I can't seem to get anywhere.  

Please help.

    this problem has not beens solved. 

    Box needs to figure this out. 

    i am clearly the account holder. 

    i have a corporate client using box and this is impacting that client and my livelihood.
