We are looking at using Box file request to conduct data transfers, and an important aspect of those transfers is the metadata. I created a custom metadata template for users to fill out for file requests and have two questions:
- Is there a way to pre-fill specific metadata fields in the custom template?
- Once a user uploads their content with the metadata, can that metadata be exported when downloading the files? And if so, what format?
