We have been using Metadata to capture "Name" and "File Type" when a client uploads their files using our file request link.
For some reason, in the last 24 hours, this has stopped working. Though the fields are required on the upload form, the information is not saved to the files.
We use a relay to use the metadata to rename the files for us, but since the metadata stopped applying, it is no longer renaming the files and we have a mess. The metadata fields are just coming through as "Missing" on the file renames.
I already went through and checked all the forms, metadata, and relays, but still not working.
Just a little stressed as we're about to receive a TON of files and I need names assigned.

Hi, I was able to get it working again. I changed my relay from "New upload" as the trigger to "file with Metadata is added" and it seems to be working again.
for some reason, my relay was removing the metadata from the file.
