Merge Accounts

Good morning - I would like to get in touch with technical support,  the Box Product Support team, or anyone similar who can resolve technical questions. My goal is to merge my former university account with my current personal account in order to retrieve files. I would be willing to get an appropriate service to get the right set of files. Would someone be able to connect me with the right team?

Welcome to Box Community, and we’re glad to help regarding your inquiry. 

 

Here at Box, we do have a function of merging two different Box accounts. However, we can only merge Business and Enterprise Box accounts, and not personal accounts. 

 

Could you tell us why you’re considering to merge your university account to your personal account? We might have an alternate workaround we can suggest.
