I have uploaded a presentation containing media files such as audio (mp3) and videos (mp4) within the powerpoint.
On Friday these were playable on the desktop version of the app.box.com platform, but today, when revising a new version, the media files no longer play on the desktop platform and need to be downloaded to work which isn't ideal for my presentation format.
Any fixes known?
