I cannot find how to cancel my Box account. I want to unsubscribe so I am not billed for service

Upon checking, you are signed in to your individual free account when this question was submitted. Note that individual free accounts does not have a billing profile.
Meanwhile, if you happen to be asking this for your paid Box account please follow the instructions to cancel your Box subscription:
Canceling a Personal Pro Account
- Click your account avatar in the upper right, and then select Account Settings.
- In the Account Details section, click Cancel Account.
- Complete the survey and click Continue.
- Click Permanently Cancel My Account to confirm and complete the process.
- The account will cancel at the end of the service term.
The account owner or administrator will receive a confirmation email once the cancellation has been processed.
Canceling a Business or Enterprise Account
Only the account administrator can cancel a Business or Enterprise account.
- Go to Admin Console > Account & Billing.
- In the Status field in the Account Information section, click Cancel Account.
Do not see this option? Submit a ticket here. - A pop-up window will ask you to confirm your action. After affirming, click Continue.
- Click Permanently Cancel My Account to complete the process.
- The account will cancel at the end of the service term.
The account owner or administrator will receive a confirmation email once the cancellation has been processed.
If no notice is received or the administrator is unavailable, please reach out to cancel@box.com to confirm otherwise you risk the account not being properly cancelled.
