Manuel Villar - Email already used in a Box account but not associated with an enterprise

Good afternoon,

My name is Andrew McIntosh, I work with the IT Support team at Abiomed.

We had a user that created a "personal" BOX account using his Abiomed email address and we're looking to remove this account so that we can create his enterprise account.
