Managing external user expiration date

Hello,

I just shared a folder to an external user. Our account has a policy of 365 days share limit. However, I would like to change the folder I just shared to expire in 2 weeks. How do I do that?

    Welcome to the Box Community!

    There is an option to extend a specific user's collaboration access to a folder you own however there is no way to shorten it. If you need to shorten someone's access, you will have to manually remove that external user.
