hi France,
I have the same problem. I cannot see "Make Available Offline" after a right-click in my Mac Finder. Box Drive version is 2.17.176.
Any help?
Mathias
Hi Mathi,
Welcome to the Box Community!
If the context menu are not visible in Box Drive, please try disabling/re-enabling Box Drive's Finder extension.
To do this, go to System Preferences > Extensions > Finder, then clear and check Box Finder Extension. Or, you can refresh by force-quitting Finder and then re-starting it.
If you continue having the same problem, please go ahead and submit a support ticket here: https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
This will require our Box Support team to work directly with you.
I do have the same problem on my windows 10 PC. BOX DRIVE version is 2.18.117
Me too same problem on Windows 10 with Box Drive Version 2.21.202.
When right click box files, only have 3 options: "View on Box.com", "Lock file" and "Share".
But when right click box folders, the "Make available offline" shows up.
If you don't see "Make available offline" then you have Box sync. Box drive lets you do this action.
