This is a major issue my team is experiencing as well. Quicklook, and the icon view previews no longer work. This issue was introduced with macOS 12.3 and happens on both Intel and Apple Silicon chips.

Someone says that "finder restart" is enough to get the quick look back. I tried and now i can see the PDF preview but still unable to see Office files (xcel / word / ppoint)

I agree that this is a really problematic change. I constantly rely on the spacebar for quick looks at files, and all Box will allow in Microsoft Office apps on my Mac now is a useless logo. PLEASE FIX THIS! 

I opened a support ticket and Box apparently opened one with Apple. I was told several weeks back that Box would be rolling a fix "sometime later this quarter" which, y'know, has one day left. So there ya go.

I also see this problem in Mac OS 12.5. I've been evaluating this product, but when I see gaping errors like this, I think I'll leave the platform unless I can get this solved this week. Very disappointing.
