As per your instruction, I reinstalled and went to Preferences to approve the Box extension, but no Note appears there to approve it. Process fails.BOX__-st5JojtjkWCVF_e6Cs4Pw.png

Hi, I can't submit a ticket because I keep getting referred to the IT support at my school. They say it is on your side. But I just wanted to say that the problem is still not solved.

I get this error message:

Box Drive's system extension failed to load. Please make sure it has been enabled in System Preferences > Security & Privacy and then restart your computer. If the problem persists, please contact Box Support to further troubleshoot the issue.

I have done as it asks with no luck. I am using a 2018 Macbook pro, running MacOS 11.4. Everything worked until I updated to 11.4 yesterday.

Thank you!

The above technique (uninstall, reboot, reinstall) resolved this for me.
