Recently I found page not sync when I updated the file.
I need to export a new file that will sync finally, but still not sync when I updated the file.
How to fix the issue?

Welcome to Box Community and glad to assist!
For the better syncing experience, make sure that the latest version of Box Drive is installed. Meanwhile if Box Sync is running, we recommend switching to Box Drive instead.
