Mac version of Box App is not downloading files

I am on Ventura 13.4 with Box.app 2.33.130.

Whenever, I restart Box, it'll work for a few minute, then icon on the menu bar will go gray. After it turned gray, I'll get the following error msg.

My files are valid, because I can see them via Box.net's website.

figured out the problem, it's the new firewall rules that's blocking the traffics
