When I save files to the box via Finder, the files are not visible on the Box.com folder, and others who have access cannot see them.
Additionally, I am not able to access any files saved to the shared folders by other people.
Need this resolved as soon as possible.
I've had problems several times w/Box Drive not syncing, and I've resolved it in the past by quitting box drive and then reopening it. NOTE: You can also log out of Box Drive, but that dumps all your saved Box favorites in Finder, which is why I just quit/reopen rather than logging out.
