Hi all,
I have my m4a open as normal with laptop (original file by software or preview with box web) but when I upload to box and open in box (IOS), the display show double duration. I only have voice first half, the last one is blank.
Appreciate any tips.

Do you somehow have your Box accounts open in laptop and at the same time uploading to Box iOS?
Have you tried uploading in Box iOS without the account logged on to Box using your laptop?
