Yesterday I freed up a lot of space in my account by deleting files, but the change is not reflected. I want to upload some files but it won't let me do so since I still have low storage space.

Great news! I went ahead and fixed your storage count. To verify this, log in to box.com> Account Settings> Storage Used.
