Lost files in folder

We lost all of the files in a particular folder back in May?

 

It has been a few months, is it too late to try and retrieve them?

Welcome to Box Community, and we’re here to assist regarding your deleted Box content. 

 

Deleted files can stay in the file or folder owner’s trash for 30 days. After that, it will be deleted from trash and we have 14-day grace period to recover them in the backend. 

 

If your file is sure to have been deleted back in May, I’m afraid we can’t  guarantee that it can still be restored at present. For more information, feel free to visit the article, Managing Trash.
