I just logged into Box, and an entire folder of files from May this year seem to have vanished. I have no idea what happened to them, nor indeed if others have gone too. Could someone contact me to help recover them (and ascertain whether more have gone too)?

There could be many reasons if you are unable to find a file on box:
1. They were accidently moved to a different folder. This can be found by running reports from Admin console.
2. They were accidently deleted. It should be available in owners trash.
3. If at all these files were synced from Box Sync or Drive but they never actually synched to box because of issues, in such case there are chances that the files are lost as they never made it to box.
