Hi I have purchased images from a photographer 5 years ago and now logging in the files are missing. I've been through my emails and retrieved the original link and it's saying its been removed or is unavailable to me. I have tried already a few times to get in contact with the photographer and he won't return calls or emails. If I can provide you service the links could you possibly retrieve the images?

    Welcome to Box Community and glad to help! 

    About your missing contents, you must check first who owns this folder. Is this your owned or collaborated folder? If it's the latter, when items are deleted from a collaboration folder, both the owner and the person who deleted the item can recover the items from the Trash. 

    Meanwhile, if you own the deleted folder please restore them through trash/bin. 

    To restore specific items in Trash:

    The steps below apply whether you’re selecting from search results or from all Trash items.

    1. Hover to highlight the row of the item you want. The More Options ellipsis (…) displays.
    2. Click the ellipsis (...).  Then: 
    • To return the item to its original location in Box, click Restore.
    1. At the prompt, click Okay.
