Please help me to restore a file that has gone missing from my box account.
I was trying to edit it on my samsung device using Office. It would not update and now the file is gone. I didnt delete it but it is missing. it is not in my deleted bin. Please help. I was able to insiitally download the file from box, but it downloaded a very old version of th file. :-(

Have you tried to search thoroughly within your Box for the missing file?
Furthermore, is this file located in a collaborative folder? It may have been deleted or moved by another collaborator in the folder, if that is the case, it would be best to reach out to the owner of the folder so he can look into his Box Trash and recover the deleted file.
Hi. Yes, I've searched very thoroughly. And there are no other collaborators for this file. Just myself. It dissappeared when I tried editing it. This has hapopened previously when trying to edit using Office on a Samsung device. It isn't in the bin/deleted items.
Is there any way to restore this file. It has a lot of information I woudl really like to recover.
