Lost data

I use a Box Personal Free account, and I recently discovered that a long-used Excel file I keep for personal budgeting has lost part of its data. I checked the version history and can see the date of the last update listed there, but I have not been able to successfully restore that version no matter what I try. I understand that the Free Individual plan does not officially offer version recovery support. However, this file is something I have used on my own for a long time to track my personal income and expenses, and it is very important to me and cannot be recreated. I would like to ask whether there is any way for your team to check whether an earlier version of this file might still exist on the server side, even if only partial data can be recovered. If it is confirmed that recovery is not possible, I would also appreciate a clear answer so that I can move forward with rebuilding the data on my own rather than continuing to search for a solution.
