Changed the password which deleted phones and computers associated with the account. Data was lost on a spreadsheet

is there a way of retrieving the data maybe from a server.

There is no data in deleted items.

looking to see if I can retrieve data inputted to an excel spread sheet. No data can be found in deleted file. 

We did change passwords which deleted loads of applications which had logged into Box.. 

Does box have back up I can ask to access to go back to a moment in time.

If you’re looking to restore the file’s previous version. You can go ahead and access the affected file’s version history.

 

Note: the number of file versions that Box saves and that you can access corresponds to your Box account type:

  • Personal Free - 1 Version
  • Personal Pro - 10 Versions
  • Starter - 25 Versions
  • Business/Business Plus - 50 Versions
  • Enterprise - 100 Versions
  • Enterprise Plus/Enterprise Advanced: Unlimited

Customers who do not have Enterprise Plus or Enterprise Advanced but who have purchased the Box Governance add-on have the option of saving an unlimited number of file versions.

Account administrators can set or modify the maximum number of file versions that Box tracks and saves.
