I recently had to wipe my computer for repair. I am trying to retrieve my data from Box and it is not there. Can you help?

    Could you please check your Trash if you can recover the files? Here's an article to help you recover the files: https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/articles/360044196093-Managing-Trash

    But from what I can see on my end, it looks like this is a collaborated folder. You may reach out to the owner to help you recover the files.
