Hi I have lost all the content in that I had in Box. Is there somebody I can actually speak to? Some real tech support?

I’ve had the exact same thing happen to me. None of the forums on here answer why this could’ve happened. I’ve checked with collaborators and in our deleted files, nothing is there. It has happened within the last 30 days too so they couldn’t have been permanently deleted.
