I have an existing personal Box account that I created using [removed by moderator] . I used Google authentication to access the account. That Google Workspace account has now been deleted, so Google reports “Couldn't find this account.”
The Box account belongs to me, not AMC and contains my files. I need assistance recovering access and changing the primary/login email address to my current email address. I can provide information necessary to verify ownership of the Box account.

This does not work. My paid BOX account was linked to a SSO email that was linked to my prior firm’s Google Workspace. They deactivated my email address so I cannot access my paid BOX account. I was the admin and I pay for the account, not my prior firm. How do I access my paid account?

I am unable to link my old Google Workspace email address to my personal BOX account. I followed the instructions. I currently have a personal BOX account and the account that was linked to Google Workspace was a paid account. I was the admin to the paid account, but since I left the firm they deactivated my email address so the SSO is not working
