Lost Box

I cant access box on my PC, it has been installed for months without issue, now the files are not accessible. When I try to open box it wants to install, then comes up with error message

“The feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable

Click OK to try again, or enter an alternative path to a folder containing the installation package @Box2.20.136.msi@ in the box below”

I can access my files via box web portal.

    Welcome to the Box Community!

    Have you tried to uninstall then reinstall the Box app on your computer? If you haven't yet, can you try this and see if this allows you to access your folders.
