I recorded a session with a client. Upon completion I clicked "Done" and then it was "saving" the file. Normally, after it saves it shows up as a file that I can then rename, move to a folder, etc. This time, it just disappeared. I have looked all over the app and have no idea where the file went. Please help, thanks.

Did you save it directly to Box? If yes, how did you saved and uploaded the file?
If you have successfully uploaded it in box.com and the file was deleted. You may check out your trash/bin icon to see if it can be restored.
To restore specific items in Trash:
The steps below apply whether you’re selecting from search results or from all Trash items.
- Hover to highlight the row of the item you want. The More Options ellipsis (…) displays.
- Click the ellipsis (...). Then:
- To return the item to its original location in Box, click Restore.
- At the prompt, click Okay.
