Lost all my files and folders after upgrading my plan from personal pro to business

I had lost all my files and folders after upgrading my plan, urgent help required as I did not made a backup prior the upgrade. There is indication of 18K files under 'Favourites' folder but just cannot see in in the folders. Please advise if it needs time to sync over or lost.

Welcome to Box Community and glad to help! 

Note that this is expected during your Box upgrade. And as part of your transition your contents will be inaccessible in a short period of time. However, if it takes over 24 hours please let us know.

If this is true the upgrade process needs to make this VERY clear!!   I upgraded because I need to add a bunch file right now.  Now I have to wait for some unknown amount of time?
