About 3 months ago I had been using my account without a problem until suddenly they canceled it and I lost all my files

Are you missing your owned files or shared files? If it's the latter, your collaboration may have ended and please try reaching out to the file or folder owner for collaboration invite.
Meanwhile, as for your missing owned contents. You can only access and restore them through trash. https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/articles/360044196093-Managing-Trash
