I lost access to multiple folders was shared by me. The owner of these folders doesn't know that it was shared by me.
He is willing to restore them but wants to know what is these folders that was shared with me account. Is there anyway to know these folders / paths ?

If the owner is part of a Business or Enterprise account, they shared these folders by adding you as a collaborator, they may run a Collaborations report to determine what folders they've invited you to. Check out this article to learn more on collaborations report:
You may also check your email inbox for names of the folders you've been invited to
