Lost Access to my Customers Files

I have lost access to my two main customer files, Waddell & Reed and Ascena.  I believe I was the owner of both but they do no show up when I sign into Box.  I have thousands of customer specific files that I must get my access back into.  How do I make this happen?

I had two email addresses, our account administrator removed one of the addresses and now I cannot access any of our files.
