The 2FA app I used for box got mixed up with my work email and work phone. I am not totally sure of what specifically the issue is but I am unable ton access my box account because it asks me to sign in with the 2FA code and then it doesn't produce the 2FA code in the app. Is there a way for me to reset my account? Thank you for your help

Yes the account I am referring to is actually with a slightly different email address. What could I do to regain access or try to reset my 2fa pairing with that account?
