looks like all my folders are missing

I really need access to my files, would someone be able to help please. I also cant seen to find an option to create a support ticket, other than to the community support forum.

Are the missing folders shared with you by another user? If yes, it's best if you could contact the folder owner to send you another folder invite to gain back your access to the folder.
