I am a musician who has been using Box since 2012. I am looking to access an older account of mine (under my legal name, if that helps) -- Box notified me when I tried to log in that my account had been frozen and that I needed to reset my password.
Unfortunately, the email account connected to that Box account is no longer in operation, and so I cannot use email to reset that password. I would very much like to access those files but cannot get into my older account. I would ideally like to speak with a Box admin and see if I can work through resetting my password in some other way.
