Hello! We are an investment advisory firm. We use Box for client file management, meeting notes, etc.. We also use programs such as Holistiplan for taxes and soon to be estate planning. We use a CRM - currently Redtail but under a current move to Salesforce. We use MS365 for email and Zoom for meetings.
The problem is how little everything talks to each other! CRMs are becoming better and pulling info in from AI summary tools from Zoom and even Holisitplan and email services like MS365. However, so far Box is only allowing opening of the box environment in a CRM (particularly Salesforce) but no other communication of data between.
We have explored services such as Datadasher to act as AI assistants during meetings. But Box doesn’t seem tto have any connection with a tool so that summaries and notes can be automatically logged back to a client’s Box folder from Google Meet or Zoom, etc.. We are still left having to copy and paste if we want to continue to use Box as our hub for client notes.
