Looks like you're having trouble accessing your files through your local Box folder.
To help you troubleshoot, can I confirm your Operating System and current Box version?

I just discovered that I have two box folders -- one called Box (more easily accessed) and another called Box-Box-Backup (which I have to access by digging into my Users folder). Both of these box folders have massive duplicates within and are hogging my hard drive space. Each of these box folders have various new recent files that are not duplicated in the other box folder. I don't seem to be able to transfer the files from Box-Box-Backup to my Box folder. Please help, as these are all important work files. Thanks.
