Login not from me

HI, I was informed of a login that occurred on my account from another country. It was not me so I have changed the password added 2FA and removed the logins from the Security tab. I would like to know what files if any that were accessed and/or downloaded. The incident was apparently at 30-JUN-2022 5:00am AEST. When I logged in to do all this it did not list any files in 'Recents' so I am unsure as to what was accessed. The IP's that were listed as accessing are:

178.20.215.225

200.84.109.119

185.61.216.42
