My personal email address is currently linked to a different, old school-managed Box account that I no longer have access to. My previous school account has been deactivated and I'm unable to log in or recover it.
I'd like to either:
1. Have my email disassociated from the old managed account so I can create a new personal Box account, or
2. Have the old account deleted so I can re-register with the same email.
I'm happy to verify ownership of the email address however you need.
