Hi,


I have been locked out of my other account and cannot find a way to contact customer support to help me get back in.


I know the password, but it's asking for the authenticator app code which I do not have and do not recall ever setting up.

Upon checking Multi-Factor Authentication is not enabled for your Box account.


At this time, can you try to troubleshoot your log in issue?
