My colleague is having an issue logging in on his mobile device using Microsoft Authenticator. The device asks him to scan a QR code. Where do I find that code?

If your colleague is having trouble logging in on his mobile device, it would be best to suggest that he submit a ticket with Product Support so that a member of the team can help him.

My colleague is travelling at the moment, which is why he asked me to contact support in his absence. Are you able to share any helpful information rather than suggesting he file another ticket?
