Login Issue on macOS

Hi all

I’m trying to login to the box drive desktop app on my macbook (OS version Tahoe 26.2). I am stuck in a loop of the app asking me to login, logging in through my browser, the app being relaunched only to ask me to login again. I have tried using the reset tools to no avail. The UI logs indicate that there is some issue with “PKCE verification”? Hugely appreciate any help on the matter.

Welcome to Box Community, and we’re glad to assist!

This is indicative of something on the users machine that is not playing nicely with Box's servers.  I would recommend ensuring that their network stack is configured for Box applications.  I have provided our article to reference:

Thank you for your reply. I tried changing the settings of my antivirus to skip HTTP and HTTPS scanning for *.box.com and *.boxcloud.com, but unfortunately the issue still persists. The logs still show an error in PKCE verification. Really appreciate your help with this.
