Login failed issue

This is the name of the box account that I want to use.
I am continuously trying to log in to the box with the above address.
However, login always fails and the message 'Invalid Login Credentials' is printed.

When I try to reset my password on https://account.box.com/login/reset , I never get a password reset email.

As a countermeasure against spam processing, I have registered the '@box.com' address in Allow To Receive, but the mail has still not arrived.


I would appreciate it if you could tell me what action I should take to log in using the account name of
