Suddenly started getting this error and I am not able to login on my z fold 5

That exact message typically comes from enterprise controls (Device Pinning, Box for EMM, or MDM-managed installs). It means Box thinks the device must be authorized by an admin or that the app was provisioned by an MDM and the device is not permitted.
Above mentioned are only available for Business/Enterprise accounts. For freemium users like yourself, please make sure to install only the regular Box for mobile application.
