I send an invitation Invite to access a folder in my Box. but after creating an account and trying to log in he faced the below message:


Login Blocked. Please contact your administrator  or support for more information


Does anyone have a suggestion regarding this issue?

To reset the password for your Box account, follow this process: Visit https://app.box.com/reset and enter the email address associated with your Box account.


Please have the user try logging in incognito or using a different browser. If issues still persists, please have the user create a case through this support request: https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
