Login Blocked

Hello,
I am having trouble logging into my USAfx account. I am blocked out of it. I am wondering if there is a representative at box who deals with USAfx account problems. I have reset my Box login information but I am still unable to login into my USAfx account. Let me know how I can go about fixing this.
