Logged in but no access to cloud

I can login to box using my company email address, but I don't have access to the company cloud group. The cloud admin is unable to add me also.

Welcome to the Box Community! 
 
I suggest that you contact your Box admin or IT ti add you as a managed user within your company's Box instance. Box Support is unable to add you since this is managed by your Box admin.
