I can't sign into my account.  The account requires 2FA but I can't add Box.com to my authenticator because I can't sign into my account.

Looks like the Multi-Factor Authentication isn't enabled in this account. By any chance, do you have an alternate Box account with the MFA issue? 


If so, using this link please create a ticket so we could look into the issue.
