Locked out of account due to changed phone

I have a user who has changed their phone number and is now locked out of their account.  How can I get this reset?

I suggest that this user contact Box by creating a case through https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/requests/new.

Thank you for the response.  When I follow that link it only allows me to access the Box Community and make a post like my original question.  Do I not have access to contact Box through that link?
