I used box on my gmail account [personal information--redacted] which was disabled by google. I cannot get back into it as google has decided even after my request to keep the email disabled. i recently upgraded box on that email to host work for my personal project. I cannot log in to transfer ownership of that server to my working email, because when I try to log in with that email, box tells me to change my password. I cannot change my password.
Please, either transfer ownership of everything linked to [personal information--redacted] to my current working email [personal information--redacted], or please issue me a refund for the plan I bought on the account i can no longer access.
I really like using box, a lot. it's a wonderful site for collaboration on projects. I want to keep using it. Please help me.
